Refund policy

Thank you for considering Astro Keys for your online shopping needs. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy for all of our products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 14 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. Please note that the product must be in its original condition, with all packaging and tags intact, to be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [contact@astro-keys.com] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the product back to us.

Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used to place the order. 

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was received. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
